Longhouse, the most dramatic of the three, is a wooden villa built entirely on seven-meter stilts. Located at the furthest point of the property, it juts into the jungle and faces the rice fields. The Longhouse has three porches; one with swinging couch facing the pool, a side porch with outdoor shower, and an oversized sofa to relax and take in the view. You can never have enough cozy places to sit and ponder life.

Sky View

Sky View is a two-storey stone, white washed and timber villa inspired by the Mediterranean. Situated in the middle of the property, it overlooks the infinity pool below. It doubles as our family villa with two bedrooms and two outdoor bathrooms with a tub downstairs; a sitting room with large comfy, circular couch and an upstairs porch with a wrap-around sofa. Influenced by curves, Sky View has small niches, undulating walls and arched doorways.

Java Suite

Lastly, the Java Suite offers a Javanese Dutch colonial experience. The focal point are three antique, Javanese, intricately painted, palace panels. The interiors exude all things provincial with a lush, canopied bed, dark woods and many objects d'art including Javanese puppets, a carved traditional bench and age-old textiles. It has an oversized bathroom adorned with antiquities and a spacious outdoor shower. Java Suite is adjacent to the Great Room and is our only non free-standing room.

Great Room

The Great Room was built with guests in mind.  It has a large sitting area which is backdropped by a gorgeous white, limestone wall. We have an open-style kitchen, and dining area condusive for getting to know each other. You can laze around reading a book on the couch, dine at the communal table or just enjoy the view. The Great Room overlooks the gardens filled with flowering trees, lush bougainvillea and an18m freeform infinity pool. The landscape architecture was meant to exude the tropics and all its' beauty.
